Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Ride platform. By registering an account or using any feature of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Ride.

1. About Ride

Ride is a motorcycle and bike ride-sharing coordination platform. It allows registered users ("Riders") to create, discover, and join group or solo rides. Ride does not operate any vehicles, employ any drivers, or provide transportation services.

Accounts are created using your mobile phone number, verified via OTP. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Motorcycling carries inherent risks. Ride strongly encourages all users to wear appropriate safety gear and obey traffic laws.

Ride, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or financial loss arising from any ride coordinated through the platform. All users participate entirely at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ride platform — including the name, logo, design, and software — is the property of Ride and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

Ride may display or link to Google Maps and other third-party services. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Ride after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
